Hydro Hero Dallas: Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Hydro Hero Dallas ("we," "us," or "our") and the client ("you" or "customer"). By booking a service, signing a contract or agreement, or proceeding with any service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. 1. Acceptance of Terms 1.1 Binding Agreement By signing a contract, agreement, or service request, or by proceeding with a scheduled service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 Electronic and Verbal Agreements Electronic signatures, email confirmations, or verbal agreements regarding services are equally binding and subject to these Terms. 1.3 Modification of Terms Any modifications or additional terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Verbal agreements outside of these Terms are not enforceable unless confirmed in writing. 2. Services 2.1 Scope of Work We provide power washing and exterior cleaning services as described in the estimate or invoice. Any additional work must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional charges. 2.2 Service Limitations We are not responsible for achieving results beyond the capabilities of our cleaning methods, such as: Removing stains or discolorations that are permanent or deeply embedded. Restoring surfaces damaged by wear, age, or previous treatments. 2.3 Surface and Property Condition You must disclose any pre-existing damage, delicate surfaces, or special conditions that may impact service quality or safety. We are not liable for damages caused by undisclosed conditions. 3. Pricing and Payment 3.1 Estimates Quotes are based on the scope of work provided during the inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional services or unexpected conditions arise. 3.2 Payment Terms A deposit may be required for large projects (typically 20-50% of the quoted price). Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. 3.3 Late Payments Payments not received within 7 days of the service date may incur a late fee of 5% of the total amount per month. 4. Scheduling and Cancellations 4.1 Rescheduling We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests but require at least 48 hours' notice. 4.2 Cancellations Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the quoted price. 4.3 Weather Conditions Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. We will notify you promptly and reschedule at the earliest convenience. 5. Liability 5.1 Insurance Hydro Hero Dallas is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request. 5.2 Damage to Property We take every precaution to protect your property. However, we are not liable for: Damage to surfaces or materials that are inherently weak, old, or poorly maintained. Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or factors beyond our control. 5.3 Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Hydro Hero Dallas harmless against claims, damages, or injuries resulting from circumstances outside our direct control. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee 6.1 Quality Assurance If you are dissatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue. 6.2 Exclusions The guarantee does not apply to: Permanent stains or discoloration. Surfaces previously damaged or improperly maintained. 7. Customer Responsibilities 7.1 Access to Property Ensure clear and safe access to the areas requiring service. Move vehicles, furniture, and obstacles as necessary. 7.2 Water and Power Supply You must provide access to a water source and electrical outlet if required. 7.3 Pets and Children Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety reasons. 8. Privacy and Communication 8.1 Data Collection We collect and use customer information solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share your information with third parties without consent. 8.2 Communication By booking a service, you agree to receive communications related to your service, including appointment reminders, feedback requests, and promotional offers. 9. Dispute Resolution 9.1 Resolution Process In the event of a dispute, please contact us directly to seek resolution. 9.2 Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes must be resolved in courts located within Dallas-Fort Worth. 10. Amendments Hydro Hero Dallas reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
